As representatives of your practice, we provide the continuity of care and customer service that is vitally important in maintaining patient satisfaction. The RNs of PsychCoverage view every patient interaction as an opportunity to support your treatment goals by providing an added measure of education and support as appropriate to the call, in an approach we refer to as Brief Care Management. - Explanation of medication side effects
- Titration and taper process
- Stressing the importance of treatment compliance
- Applying appropriate use of prn medication

- Lifestyle choices and decision support
Monitoring and Safety
- Proactive, outbound check-in calls for safety (at MD’s request)
- Mood and anxiety support
- Symptom checklists
- Symptom measurement with PHQ9 for baseline/response to treatment
- Assistance with emergency hospitalizations
- Referral to medical emergency rooms
